Contributor Attribution

Update how contributor attribution appears on the event pages. This requires updating multiple projects:

hazdev-ng-template
- Update Cooperator types to include new (optional) display property
- Update subheader component to use new display property
  - create fallback when property does not exist, use id property
- tag/push new version of hazdev-ng-template project
earthquake-website
- Update contributor service with display names in excel sheet below
  - see contributor service
  - update project here
- Update service to return display name or null
- Update documentation explaining that display is an optional field
- deploy updates
earthquake-eventpages
- update dependency for new hazdev-ng-template version
  - ensure that it is receiving data from the updated earthquake-website contributor/index.json.php
- Deploy earthquake-eventpages with updated hazdev-ng-template dependency
  - As long as the template dependency and the earthquake-website change is deployed, this should work as is for the earthquake-eventpage application
