Cumulative runoff hydrograph

User story: As public health specialist, I want to know whether to expect higher than normal summer algal blooms in the reservoir from the surrounding farms from spring fertilizer application.

Feature: Enable, for a specific site, state or Water Resources Region (HUC2), cumulative runoff (in mms) data to be plotted as a time series for a user-selected:

  1. calendar year
  2. water year with the historic percentiles as well. Time periods to build:
  3. daily
  4. 7-day
  5. 14-day
  6. 28-day OR monthly [would we need both? WW uses 28-day: is that better than monthly?]

Other plotting/filtering options to consider (based on user need):

  • log scale
  • lines for highest and lowest cumulative runoff years
  • also plot as cubic meters per second
  • also plot by climate year (what's this?)
  • enable image downloading
