User Story:

As a hydropower plant operator, I want to use the flow duration curve to predict the distribution of future flows for hydropower generation. This works at sites with long-term stream flow data. This also helps me to infer the geologic characteristics of other drainage basins that may be considered for hydropower generation.

Task:

For a specific site and period of time, plot the percentage of time indicated value was equaled or exceeded a given discharge (in cfs).

Developer question:
