Build STIV processing tab

Related to #25 (closed)

1. New tab in the UI called Space-Time Image Velocimetry
2. Grid generation, that takes as the nagation of whatever Masks are present
   • should work on the transformed images, so need to project masks/roi through the rectification method
   • the Image Processing Tab creates the MASK, so need to create the ROI from that mask
3. Left panel to hold grid information
4. Middle to show vector results overlaid on t*.jpg files
5. Right panel to show STI information?
