Cross-section Geometry --> IVy does not correctly handle the wetted XS in a AC3 file including a larger survey (i.e. floodplains)

When loading an AC3 file where the QM-associated wetted XS is a subset of the larger sub-survey, IVy is not correctly parsing the geometry. It creates the grid nodes for the line of the cross section in the image but uses ALL distances in the AC3 file.

This will impact any AC3 geometry where there is out-of-bank geometry.

WORKAROUND: Until this bug is fixed, a viable workaround is to ensure the AreaComp3 geometry only includes the wetted cross-section. To do this using AC3, find the edge of water stations. Then, export the Station-Stage output from AC3. Modify the CSV file to have a start and end station matching EOW locations. Assign these stations the depth/elevation of the water surface. Delete all other rows in the CSV associated with stations that are not in the wetted cross-section and save the CSV. Import that CSV into AC3 and create a new Mat-file. This new mat-file can be loaded normally in IVy.

But the discharge "mapping" to the XS geometry is incorrect: image
