Include %q in the discharge summary table, not just the bars

• What is the current behavior? %q un the discharge plot is shown as a bar, but there is not a way to get the actual percent.

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

• What is the expected behavior? For review, it would be nice to have the actual %q number for each station

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
