Enable the use of lensfun as a distortion correction tool

lensfun is supported by ffmpeg. We can use that to do the radial distortion corrections for known camera/lens. Some smartphones and drone cams are in the lensfun database. This will not solve the correction needs for most of the security and/or Raspberry Pi cam lens.
