Reload Processed STIV results for individual point IDs

• What is the current behavior? Clicking the Reload Processed STIV Results on the Space-Time Image Results tab resets ALL points
• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem
• What is the expected behavior? It would be helpful to be able to reset an individual point
• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? User attempts to edit a point velocity, but results aren't as expected, and would like to revert the single point to the processed results without affecting other manually edited points
• Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stacktraces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for context, e.g., stackoverflow, gitter, etc)
