In phase 3, the IVy Framework will include the ability to process pre-processed frames into maps of surface velocity. At a minimum, PIV and STIV will be implemented. Development in phase 3 will aim to create a consistent system of inputs and outputs which should enable easy integration of other image velocimetery modules.
