This Milestone is to create a new major Feature: Cross-section Geometry tab and functionality. The Feature will:

1. Add a new tab to IVy called "Cross-Section Geometry"
2. Enable users to draw a cross-section line onto a rectified image, and have the line projected onto the perspective image (or potentially the other way around).
3. Integrate the AreaComp3 engine for managing cross-section characteristics, including the ability to load inputs (e.g. AreaComp Mat file, CSV, etc.) and visualize the geometry in IVy
