Incorrect Use of Polygon Fill

Issue

Some layers consist of lines and there seems to be some sort of fill happening in between line segments. This is due to the simple hack used with .leaflet-interactive class in web_page.css file.

Possible Solutions

Properly apply layers to leaflet map.
