New Tabs are Stacked Behind Old Tabs

Whenever a new tab is opened, it is stacked behind the old tabs, requiring a user to close the old ones. This makes it seems like nothing happened to the user and the program failed.

We should add in some sort of feedback so they can see that a new tab was created.
