Ok to Cite / Reference this script in publications or data release metadata?

Your wonderful script greatly helps to produce SfM data products with repeatable results. Is it OK for us to "Cite" or refer to this script in our metadata as being used during processing? Here is an example paragraph from a data release being prepared:

<procstep>
     <procdesc>
          We generated orthoimages with ~ 1.5 to 2.2 cm/pixel resolution from
          the georeferenced images using structure from motion software
          (Agisoft version 1.5.5, Saint Petersburg, Russia). For surveys that yielded
          superior georeferenced images, we applied the scripted workflow
          (https://code.usgs.gov/PhotoscanScripts/PhotoscanAlignmentErrorReduction,
          parameterized as -align -ru -ru_level 10 -pa -pa_level 3 -re).
          For surveys that suffered image blur or erratic camera angles due to gusty
          winds, we relaxed error reduction constraints
          (-align -ru -ru_level 12 -pa -pa_level 4 -re) or applied a manual workflow
          (https://uas.usgs.gov/nupo/pdf/USGSAgisoftPhotoScanWorkflow.pdf) as required
          to build the structure from motion model across the walrus haulout.
