zemmels review: make color schemes consistent between similarity plots
The color scheme is kinda wonky as it is, consider changing it to something more intuitive while addressing this issue.
Comment from #96 (closed):
In the Similarity Measures examples, you might consider reversing the color scheme for the Wasserstein and Energy Distance tile plots so that they match the meaning of the correlation tile plots (yellow = similar, purple = dissimilar).
This has been addressed by using the reverse colormap in the Wasserstein Distance plots to standardize the meaning of the two different similarity plots, where yellow means more similar (smaller distance) and blue means less similar (greater distance). This change is also noted in the documentation to make it clearer to the user. The user still has the option to select the colormap order that works best for them. We also changed the color ramp from 'inferno' to 'cividis', which may or may not improve attractiveness
