Add handling of negative flows approach to documentation

As determined in #12 (closed), hyswap doesn't do anything special to handle negative flows. It will calculate flow percentiles just like for any other site, which could create some unusual and not reliable results. This is to be added to the documentation in the 'Assumptions and caveats' section
