Docstring tests failing due to hyswap functions returning np.float64() format

Suspect this is due to the version of numpy/docstrings being used in the CI/CD pipeline. I'm not sure how to fix this. For now, our solution is to ignore these docstring tests, but we should find a more long-term solution, since these are valid tests of the package.
