App Crashes and cannot be recovered with gaps in perception thresholds

Steps to reproduce:

• Load data for 11446500
• On the second tab, set the end year for the first perception threshold to 1900 and the start year for the second perception threshold to 1902.
• App will crash and not allow recovery. Looking the R console will show the error (originating in site siteQT() function which caused the crash.
