Skew Map Bug

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load data from NWIS for sites 05381000, 05379500, 05414000 in the Shiny app
  2. Select the weighted skew option on the first tab for all the sites
  3. Select the Use Map Skew on the first tab for each site (do this individually or it will get glitchy)

The regional skew values will correctly populate from the 2013 SIR for 05379500 and 05414000. For 05381000, it will produce an error message that "Map skew values are not available." However, there is a regional skew value available for this site from the B17B skew map. If this site is loaded individually, the app will successfully populate the values when Use Map Skew is selected.
