[CONTINGENT ON TIME] Server-ready version

  • Add a ‘switch’ to indicate whether the app will be running locally or on server
  • Create server-ready handling of file uploads
    • Remove “folder load” option as this will not function
    • Investigate whether we can remove the "load file" button press step Moving to separate ticket
    • Add place to upload data file indicated by psf, as current handling will not work
    •  Connect all server-upload inputs to proper app variables to ensure consistent handling
  • Create server-ready handling of save outs (to downloads folder) Moving to separate ticket
