Description WDFN 788 Create USWDS Radio Button and Radio Button Set as wdfn-vue-components

This replaces all of the radio buttons (I think I found them all) and the radio button sets to use the component from wdfn-vue-components npm package. There are as several places where an existing component was converted to use the Vue script setup tag from a setup script or from the options API to the setup tag and the compostion API.

After making a pull request

  • If appropriate, put the link to the PR in the JIRA ticket
  • Assign someone to review unless the change is trivial
  • Check the accessibility CI step and fix or explain any issues.
