Make functionality for VTK file conversion

At least two functions would be useful:

• Create utility function(s) to convert input mesh from NumPy to VTK structured grid -- could allow use of generic input hydrodynamic files
• Create utility function(s) to convert output mesh HDF5 to VTK -- easier visualization with Paraview
• Create utility function to convert output particles HDF5 to .csv files
