Add/review crs for cprep data

Add crs information to cprep datasets, which likely have the same crs (but please check this). There are almost 300 zarrs that follow this file patterns:

• s3://mdmf/gdp/cprep/*.zarr

They have the following THREDDS catalog entry, if that is helpful to have:
