Create a comprehensive CRS tutorial markdown file. It should include/handle the following:

  • WRF Datasets
  • Moving CRS from a Coordinate to a Variable
  • Delete the CRS from dataset dimensions
  • Adding CRS
  • Adding grid_mapping (including WRF case)
  • Longitude 0-360
  • Adding/Updating proj4_string
  • Verifying the CRS
