Parsing STAC with STAC Browser

The issue #29 (closed) was getting long and diverging from the original issue. Since we can now parse with psytac, moving this to a new issue to resolve issues with viewing the USGS STAC on pygeoapi with https://radiantearth.github.io/stac-browser
