Data unavailable from SB

Many parts of the 00_get_data.Rmd use the SB URL shown here, which does not resolve. @abock is this a placeholder? I'd like to figure out a way to fix it so that the whole pipeline can run. If we move forward on #134 (closed), that might be relevant.
