Terminals without catchments not handled correctly.

I found that, for some reason, a lot of terminal flowlines are set up with 0 drainage area. My suspicion is that this is because most networks terminate in a "coastal" catchment so that terminal flowline is set up more or less as a connector to the coast line and not as a flowpath for a catchment area. Either way, I've fixed the issue and just wanted to record for posterity that a lot of our issues with terminal POIs not being at an actual terminal have been fixed by this.
