Inconsistent CRS in refactor output

While merging code repos I noticed hyAggregate is enforcing CRS on inputs. That allowed me to overlook that the flowpath, divides and POI layers coming out of refactor have 3 different CRS.

These should all be aligned to either EPSG:5070 or EPSG:4269.

What do you think the "standard" should be?
