ClimRCatItem - incorrectly initializing value 'proj' form 'crs'

When running the ClimRCatData class with daymet4, gdptools fails to initialize the ClimRCatItem correctly, It should fill the proj field with the values from the crs field, but instead assigns the default value. This is a bug.
