Change standalone app installation directory

Frank Engel suggests creating a subfolder in the USGS directory to put TRiVIA into, this would conform to the pattern used by other USGS software. For example, QRev gets intstalled in a Hydroacoustics folder. Maybe TRiVIA should go in a Remote Sensing or Hydrologic Remote Sensing folder?
