Separate the installer to have an option of downloading TRiVIA software without the MATLAB Runtime Installer packaged with it

Currently, the TRivIA zip file includes the MATLAB Runtime Installer. This is a large file ~1.3 GB and not necessary if the user already has the most recent MATLAB Runtime Installer.
