Frank Engel suggests creating a subfolder in the USGS directory to put TRiVIA into, this would conform to the pattern used by other USGS software. For example, QRev gets intstalled in a `Hydroacoustics` folder. Maybe TRiVIA should go in a `Remote Sensing` or `Hydrologic Remote Sensing` folder?
