Public sourcing for Beaufort Sea data

Currently, the Beaufort Sea pipeline requires data files to be manually added. One is on ScienceBase and can be easily added to the pipeline, the other however was sent directly from the author and does not seem to be associated with supplementary information from the associated journal.
