fix issues with duplication in data

In the dendrogram, I'm still seeing errors in what is displayed:

in the image above, for example, there are duplicate indicators in both eduation and employment. I expect there to be no repeated indicator labels within the same determinants. The underlying data needs to be evaluated and updated
