Improve layout on laptop-size screens

On my laptop screen (1272 x 572) there are some issues with the current layout:

  • On page load I only see the lead image, and have to scroll to see the title
  • I have to scroll down to see the grey box that populates on hover when interacting with the beeswarm, which means I can't see the content associated with any of the upper circles
  • The section banner images also seem too tall - I wonder if you could display just the central part of the images on laptop size screens.
