Improve chart designs for mobile

I just used the web inspector to preview the mobile site

  • Top bubble is cut off slightly - increase margins?
  • 
  • Some text + bar plots overflow the grey box on interaction:

  • Labels on third tier seem to have weird leading and are split over multiple lines
  • 
  • Labels on third tier overlap one another (e.g., if family structure and group facilities are expanded)
