This repository
- Calculates number of studies with postive, negative, unrelated, and unknown direction, as well as evidence values, strength of relationship values, and perecent level of agreement for nested dimension, determinant, and indicator data. Additionally, we process U.S. Census data to display how certain indicators correlate to a census variable of interest across the Western U.S.
- Pulls, processes, and visualizes data from the USGS Uncertainty Summary of Water Vulnerability in the Western US 2000-2022 - ScienceBase-Catalog
- Builds a javascript website using data visualization to communicate the motivation for the USGS Social and Economic Drivers program, how social factors shape vulnerability to water insecurity, highlight how certain indicators and populations are disproportionately affected by water insecurity, and discuss how intersectionality are crucial for communicating and improving water security conditions in the Western U.S.
