Clean up print statement, fix and enable test case to test power calculation of tapered data

New test case is meant to be a prerequisite for verifying performance of PSD-related metrics in seedscan. The taper was changed to accurately produce a Tukey window, and some of the existing test cases had their numbers modified to reflect this change.
