Update thresholdmodeling.py

Ringler, Adam T. requested to merge aringler/seismic-network-detection-modeling:UnitConversion into master

@dwilson I made the conversions for the PSDs and also did a change from rms to zero-to-peak. So the factor should be 2*np.sqrt(2) for peak-to-peak and then 0.5 for zero-to-peak.

Would you be willing to merge this and give it a try? If everything seems okay, then I can include the displacement corrections later. I am a bit worried the displacement corrections might mess up your attenuation models. So I didn't want to do this in one step.
