Add Key Points to review for reviewers episode

As pointed out in !42 (merged), the review for reviewers episode lacks Key Points.

Additionally, somewhere need to mention that it's ok for the same person to do multiple types of reviews and it doesn't have to be done by separate people.

Missing the part that technical reviews can be done incrementally, doesn't have to all be done at the end (similar to admin).

This may partially be addressed by #82 (closed), so shouldn't be done until after that.
