Create "Software Review (for reviewers)" Episode

I meant to submit this last week, but realized that I hadn't created an exercise for it. I still haven't created the exercise, but I wanted to submit it in draft form so that we can at least get the text looked at. I will submit the exercise separately, and move this out of draft status at that time.
