Merge gql_queries branch to master

i fixed issues with generating the "year" field when using the gql query for get_project_summary() functions. Please review all getproject_summary() functions to ensure they are properly generating the year field. Please also ensure getbulk_wavs() functions that depending on the output of get_project_summary() also work as expected.
