CSV Format

Currently the RTGM uses the CSV export from the Dynamic Hazard Tool as the HTTP POST body.

There is discussion to make the CSV format more standardized across all NSHMP web services and applications.

If the CSV export from the Dynamic Hazard Tool is updated, the RTGM web service would need updated to handle this new format.

Benefits of the new format: You could now use the CSV export from the static and dynamic hazard tool.
