Changing coverage links in readme

The issue seems to be something with access to the upstream repository. But it appears that as an admin of the repository, I do not have authority to install codecov integration so I think the only solution is to use my fork for tracking coverage. I think this should be okay as long as I keep my fork up to date but it is obviously not ideal.
