Update to add default AEBM parameters for Hazus MBT.

Lin, Kuo-wan requested to merge ghsc/users/klin/shakecast-lite:hazus_mbt into master

Trigger on the FACILITY_MODEL tag from FacilityXML when a valid Hazus MBT is selected for the facility. The update populates Hazus defaults for the AEBM required fields, including MBT, SDL, BID, STORIES, HEIGHT, and YEAR.
