Combined the slab2 and pygmt virtual environments into one that can be used to run all scripts. Updated model and plotting scripts to work with the updated version of Python (3.9). Updated naming convention for new models to use MM-YY (database used) date format instead of MM.YY.YY format. Updated instructions accordingly.
