Added EdgeFactory, ObservatoryMetadata and their accompanying tests.  EdgeFactory only has get_timeseries implemented, put_timeseries will be done later.  ObserveatoryMetadata has the Observatory information hardcoded for now, future implementations will use something more dynamic.

Added comments in the algorithm section about how geo, obs, and mag relate to the various reference frames. Also made a small documentation change in ChannelConverter.py

pulled equations out of images,  updated figure to be semi-grey scale safe,  still need to work on algorithm section
