configure host in factory module

Changes host to be configurable in geomagio/processing/factory.py: Supports the pipeline being configured for different input/output hosts

convert_channels in get_miniseed method moved to kwarg: Supports this method's usage to read/write miniseed at intervals other than 10Hz
