Fix HOT metadata in Metadata.py and add missing offsets for test systems.
Add refined metadata offset for TUC Z in Metadata.py.
Added get_summary_flags function to pull valid flags from SpreadsheetSummaryFactory into SpreadsheetAbsolutesFactory.py and match absolutes based on time.
Added dynamic range to SpreadsheetSummaryFactory.py.
Slightly modified functions in SpreadsheetSummaryFactory.py to deal with 'None' types.
Removed 'valid' check for Reading object from SpreadsheetSummaryFactory.py.
'Valid' flag is now pulled from sheet in SpreadsheetSummaryFactory.py.
