Applying changes to how ASL Variometer metadata is reported

Updated the IRISFactory.py file to include operations to report the azimuth for the LF1 and LF2 channels documented by ASL in the same manner done by the USGS i.e. LF1 has an azimuth of 0 while LF2 has an azimuth of 90. There was a minor change made to the IRISSNCL.py file as well to ensure the operation is being carried out on the appropriate channels. Also updated IRISSNCL_test.py to reflect changes made to IRISSNCL.py so that channel metadata changes pass the approporiate tests.
