Updating how we retrieive and store ASL variometer channel metadata

This commit provides changes to the IRISFactory.py, IRISSNCL.py, and IRISSNCL_test.py files to change the channel metadata assumptions that are made when retrieving ASL variometer channel names and also provides corrections to the reported azimuth and dip if necessary.
